Travis, a native of Orem, Utah, grew up on a family fruit farm, instilling in him the core values of hard work and salesmanship. His diverse work experience includes stints in construction, electrical supply, and communications. At Codale Electric Supply, Travis held various roles over 18 years, including starting their OSP division. With a strong commitment to ongoing education and a deep understanding of the communications market, Travis is dedicated to serving his clients. Family is at the center of his life, and he prioritizes building long-lasting relationships both personally and professionally.

Mandy, a native of West Mountain, Utah, developed a passion for nature and hard work while growing up on a farm. After completing graphic design and photography training, she pursued her passion and became a professional photographer. Alongside raising her five children, Mandy enjoys creative projects at home and spending quality time with her family. Married to Travis Pyne for 17 years, she is also actively involved in supporting his business endeavors.

Justus hails from Genola, Utah, where he learned the importance of hard work and perseverance. Growing up in a farming community, he developed a strong work ethic and valuable skills assisting on the family farm and local cherry orchard business. Alongside his agricultural pursuits, Justus dedicated time to competitive horseback riding, teaching him valuable lessons in sportsmanship and integrity. After gaining experience in equipment operation and manufacturing at Press Media and Barnes Bullets, Justus brings his dedication and passion for hunting to the Rally Rep team. Married to his best friend Kenzie, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, indulging in outdoor activities like camping, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.
Jared Massey

Jared Massey’s journey in the telecom industry began in his childhood, watching his father work for Mountain Bell. High school saw him actively involved in placing telecom facilities in Eastern Utah and troubleshooting cable issues alongside his father. Following a mission in Poland, he resumed his telecom career, quickly gaining recognition and transitioning to engineering roles at Qwest. Mentored by industry experts, Jared honed his skills and became one of Utah’s top engineers. His expertise led him to Strata Networks, where he developed innovative fiber overbuild strategies still in use today. With over two decades of telecom experience and a focus on engineering and project management, Jared brings invaluable insights to Rally, aiming to help customers realize their visions.
